PG Diploma in Food Safety and Quality Management (PGDFSQM) is a minimum 1-year duration course and the maximum duration is 3 years. The eligibility criteria for this course is graduation or Bachelor’s degree in the Science stream with Chemistry/ Bio-Chemistry or Microbiology as one of the main subjects. Bachelor’s degree students with Physics and maths subjects can also apply for this course.

Eligibility |
Graduation in Science with Chemistry/ Bio-Chemistry, or Microbiology as one of the subjects. Degree in allied Sciences like Agriculture / Food Science, Food Technology, or equivalent, etc. Science graduate in disciplines like Geography, and statistics, with Physics and math, Arts subjects, and Medical Lab Technology, and with a minimum of three years experience in food processing and quality control. Arts / Commerce graduate with a diploma in food science/hotel management discipline viz fruits and vegetables, etc. with a minimum 5 years of experience in food processing.
